Gary McFerron, CO, Cped

I joined Reliable Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2008 and have over 25 years experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Certified by ABC and BOC in Orthotics and Pedorthotics, I have a particular interest in custom foot orthotics and was one of the first clinicians in Eastern North Carolina to utilize digital technology in the fabrication of custom foot orthotics.

I am married to my wife Christine and we enjoy leisurely coastal living and being grandparents.

Todd Ank, BOCPO

More than twenty years ago, my career began working in wound care and in a hospital rehabilitation setting. This gave me a deep concern and unique perspective for patient care that I carry with me today.

As a technician during those years, I gained a great deal of experience, building and designing custom prosthetic and orthotic devices. This lead me to become a certified Prosthetic and Orthotic clinician.

Today, I co-own Reliable Prosthetics and Orthotics and have lived in New Bern with my wife Roxanne and our three boys,where we enjoy exploring the rivers, the ocean and the local trails.

Scott Harris, CPO

I began my career in prosthetics and orthotics in 1985 working in the lab doing fabrication, and eventually worked my way up to becoming an ABC certified prosthetist / orthotist.

I currently see patients in all three of our locations and specialize in working with pediatric patients.

My areas of focus are Pediatrics, Sports Medicine Applications, Spinal Bracing and Lower Extremity Prosthetics.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being involved with our church and enjoying all the outdoor activities Eastern North Carolina has to offer.

Nick Frisoli

Operations Officer

My name is Nick Frisoli and I am the Operations Manager. I also serve as the Clinical Documentation and Billing Specialist for both the New Bern and Jacksonville offices. I have over 10 years experience in orthotics and prosthetics, starting at Reliable with custodial duties and working my way to managing multiple offices, while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Management and Organizational Development.

I am lucky to have a beautiful girlfriend named Jenny and to be a parent to her 11 yr old son named Brody.

I look forward to providing the best quality orthotic/prosthetic care in the local area! Come see us!

James McLean

Administration

My name is James McLean and I'm responsible for Administration and Management at the Jacksonville office. I had the honor of serving 20 years in the United States Navy as a Dental Assistant/Clinic Administrator. I am also Air Warfare and Fleet Marine Force qualified. I have a degree in Medical Office Administration and certifications in Medical Transcription, Medical Document Specialist, and Medical Insurance & Coding.

I am a native of Durham, North Carolina and I am married with four adult children and one grandson.

I look forward to assisting you upon your visit to our office.
